Shipping & Returns
We appreciate your understanding of the essential steps involved in getting your unique Rising Frequency pieces to you. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS Priority, while expedited orders will be sent through USPS Express. For international orders, USPS Priority will be used, and there may be additional fees for which Rising Frequency cannot assume responsibility. While unforeseen circumstances could potentially affect your delivery date, rest assured that we are committed to making every effort to ensure timely delivery.
All orders are shipped with tracking information provided to you. In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen shipment, Rising Frequency cannot be held liable. However, we will do our utmost to contact the carrier responsible for your package to gain a better understanding of the delivery status. If the information indicates that the products were confirmed as delivered but you did not receive them, we regret that we cannot be held responsible.
We are pleased to assist you in processing a return or exchange for items that are in unused and unworn condition, complete with their original packaging. Original ticketed items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. However, please note that Rising Frequency reserves the right to decline returns based on certain terms or, if necessary, provide store credit in place of a full refund. Postage for returns is the responsibility of the buyer.

For items returned after the 14-day period, we will issue a credit to you within 30 days from the date of your order's delivery (excluding sale items, which are considered final).
